  2. The powers and duties of officers and employees:Powers & duties of the officers & employees are vested from time to time departmentally according to the needs as applicable to a commercial organization.

The procedure followed in the decision making process including channels of supervision and accountability: As a purely commercial organization registered and bound under the provisions of Company's Act, the procedure of decision making in R&C is strictly in conformity with all relevant sections, rules under the purview of Presidential enactments under Company, Administrative, Labour, Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Tax Laws. The Board of Directors is the decision-making authority.

  4. The Norms set by company for the discharge of its functions: R&C's philosophy & norms on corporate governance in discharge of it's functions is guided by a strong emphasis on the following:

  5. The Rules, Regulations, Instructions, Manuals and Records held by the company or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions: Major guiding documents for the company's employees for discharging its functions are given below:-

Public can interact with R&C through the facility provided on this website.

Statement of boards, councils, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as its part or for the purpose of its advice, and as to whether meetings of those boards, councils, committees and other bodies are open to the public, or the minutes of such meetings are accessible for public: R&C appoints number of Advisory Committees from time to time to oversee the in-house operations. Generally, the meetings of these committees are neither open nor the minutes thereof are accessible to the public.

  11. The Budget allocated to each of the company's agency, indicating the particulars of all plans, proposed expenditure and reports on disbursements made: R&C operates as a single entity.
